Identity theft is a problem that we run into on a almost daily basis. We do thorough investigations on every order to confirm that it is legitimate. We verify that the billing address provided on the order matches the banks posted address. If an order is shipping to an address that is not verified by your bank we contact our customers to confirm that the shipping address provided is legitimate. If we are unable to confirm the address then a phone call is made or a e-mail is sent and the order is placed on hold until the order can be verified.
